    Biden did not have a problem with the one child policy and "would not second guess it" on his visit to China in answer questions there.

    Of course since 1973, the USA has aborted over 54 million thanks largely to his democratic party and their fight to keep abortion supported and legal. So one can understand he does not see an issue with China policy.
