(right now Cardinal Rigali is archbishop of Philadelphia and Administrator of Scranton). So, all this statement may be indicating is that even after he is ordained and installed in Corpus Christi he will still be the Administrator of Austin. This might be the case in order to maintain some sense of continuity.<br /><br />Then again, the Holy Father could also appoint a new bishop of Austin by March 25.Fr.
