That being said, I believe the following advertising campaign is genius. It really got me thinking and I am sure that it will do the same for many others. So, I am not advocating their group's policies, but the marketing campaign alone.
The campaign is called the Lottery of Life. At the website, you can spin a wheel to see what life would be like if you take another "chance" at being born and what the consequences might be.
Then there is the billboard campaign, which is just as good. Here are a few samples:
Advertising Agency: Lowe Brindfors, SwedenSo, tell me, do these images and the website above get you thinking about life as well?
Creative Directors: Villard, Bartholf
Copywriter: Stefan Pagreus
Art Directors: Pelle Lundquist, Emmeli Österdahl
Photographer: Stockfoto
Typographer: Ola Lanteli
The mystery is - why me God?
I don't have the answer. God does.

These are indeed very creative and provocative. BUT...I do wonder. What do they want people to do after seeing them?
I guess visit the website, which I should visit.
I should try these images on my students and see what they think.
Wow. Very thought provoking.
I feel like a Catholic organization could do something similar, pointing out that the modern U.S. is one of the best places to be *born*, but one of the most dangerous places to be *conceived* given that 1 in 4 pregnancies end in abortion.
