Here is an updated list of the Catholic Bishops in the U.S. who regularly blog:
Archbishop Timothy Dolan of New York
Sean Cardinal O'Malley of BostonFrancis Cardinal George of Chicago
Roger Cardinal Mahoney or LA
Archbishop Gregory Aymond of New Orleans (video blog)
Bishop Kevin Farrell of Dallas
Bishop Oscar Cantu of San Antonio
Bishop Robert Lynch of St. Petersburg
Bishop William Lori of Bridgeport
Bishop Joseph Cistone of Saginaw
Bishop Paul Etienne of Cheyenne
Bishop Nicholas DiMarzio of Brooklyn
Bishop Richard Stika of Knoxville
Bishop John Wester of Salt Lake City
Bishop Edward Kmiec of Buffalo
Bishop Kevin Vann of Fort Worth
Bishop Christopher Coyne (auxiliary) of Indianapolis
Bishop Edward Burns of Juneau
Also, almost every bishop has a column for their diocesan newspaper and most dioceses are now connected to Facebook and/or Twitter. Some have podcasts and video as well. Glad to see a number of bishops and dioceses using new media. But, we need more. Some of the diocesan websites are atrocious.
If you know of any others, please leave a link in the comments.

Shared it...thanks for tracking them all down!!!
I know it's not quite the same, but his excellency Bishop Anthony Basil Taylor of Little Rock regularly posts to Facebook (and he is believed to be the first bishop on Facebook).
Archbishops Timothy Dolan, Charles Chaput, and Raymond Burke all have facebook pages also. Whether they themselves do the posting, I can't say.
Little Rock Bishop Anthony Basil Taylor is on Facebook and often posts homilies as "Notes"
