By the way, my 6 year-old has a loose tooth and she asked me to pull it for her yesterday, but it isn't loose enough.
Maybe I could do it rocket-style when it is ready.

One way NOT to do it is the way I did it when one of my daughters was young. She asked me to see if her tooth was loose enough, so I reached in, wiggled it a little, and pulled it out. It was quick, and I avoided the unnecessary anxiety she would have felt. But I still feel really bad about it.
