I like it, though I think the "Aggie Catholics" in the header is sort of hard to see. Perhaps if it had a white shadow behind the letters, they'd "pop" more. Looks nice and clean all around.
It's not "Aggie" enough. With "Aggie" in the title, your blog should look like some nauseated color palette vomited maroon all over the place. At least, that's what I think of when the word "Aggie" is mentioned.
There is some weird thing going on with the archive tab every time I open the page, for some reason, the 2007 tab is always open. Also if there is a better way to arrange the tabs on the side somehow because it takes forever to scroll all the way to the bottom.
I recently switched to one of these templates. I like them, although they do tend to run a bit slow. I think that blogger will end up doing more with these in the long run, as opposed to the old templates.
People don't like change. Go with something and stick to it. I changed my color palatte as well when I switched, and people complained, I changed it a bunch until finally I settled on it. I do like the picture though... need to do that to mine.
I agree, the AGGIES CATHOLICS needs some sort of shadowing or background.
It would "pop" more if you put "What Does the Prayer Really Say?" in the title graphic and used your "Fr. Z." alias when posting. Along those lines, as a general rule, the rite version is almost always the older one.

Old design much preferred.

but i like.
I like it, is there a better higher resolution picture of our grotto perhaps?
I agree with making the "Aggie Catholics" part pop out more.

Old one.
not fond of the new layout and color theme...

Mmmm, a bit too blue. I understand that's the color associated with Our Lady, but it looks like something out of Geocities. I prefer the old look.
Maybe a lighter shade of blue would work? And I second that it needs some maroon.
I think it is too dark. I prefer reading black text on a white background.
Thanks for the comments. I think the change might have been too radical and I agree that it was too dark.
I have kept the wider page and layout, but changed the color scheme to something more readable.

I like the layout, except that you don't have my blog in your blogroll. ;-)
