1 - A UCLA graduate is being told she cannot mention "Jesus" in a graduation speech because of "seperation of church and state". We really need to have a basic lesson in civics for everyone who claims that Christianity cannot be practiced in the public sphere, on governement property, at a school function, etc.
2 - Catholic Answers is suing the IRS for intimidation. Catholic Answers claims they were told they would lose their tax-exempt status because they made a religious argument that John Kerry should be denied Communion. Since this is an internal Catholic issue and does not have anything to do with politics, the IRS should not butt into it.
