Pelosi and the Pope Part Deux

Pelosi and the Pope met for 15 minutes today. They did it away from cameras and reporters, which means that Pelosi didn't get her photo op. The Pope told her that US legislators needed to protect life. Here is what the Vatican press release says:
(18 Feb 09 - RV) Following the General Audience the Holy Father briefly greeted Mrs Nancy Pelosi, Speaker of the United States House of Representatives, together with her entourage.

His Holiness took the opportunity to speak of the requirements of the natural moral law and the Church’s consistent teaching on the dignity of human life from conception to natural death which enjoin all Catholics, and especially legislators, jurists and those responsible for the common good of society, to work in cooperation with all men and women of good will in creating a just system of laws capable of protecting human life at all stages of its development.
Pray for Speaker Pelosi and other Catholic politicians who support abortion. Pray that she change her mind. She had another opportunity to a few days ago, when she met with her Bishop to talk about these issues. But, it didn't convince her she was wrong.
